LogisVert Program
Hydro‑Québec offers a$22,000 grant for the purchase and installation of a heat accumulator combined with a central heat pump.
Since April 2023, Hydro‑Québec has grantedfinancial assistance of $15,000 to customers interested in the installation of a central heating system with heat storage. Aadditional financial assistance of $7,000 is also available if the customer chooses to simultaneously install a heat accumulator and an efficient central heat pump.
This subsidy is intended for owners of individual, semi-detached, row or plex homes, where the forced air system only serves one dwelling. Eligibility criteria include living in the province of Quebec, being served by an authorized Steffes company, owning the installation location, having a forced air central heating system, to have an easily accessible basement with concrete floor, to have a rate D or DT subscription, a smart meter, and a Customer Space on the Hydro‑Québec website.
Dual-energy electricity and natural gas program
Do you want to add a heat pump to your natural gas heating system or would you like to convert your natural gas system to dual energy? This joint program from the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources and Hydro-Québec is for you!
By combining your natural gas and electric heating system, you could receive an amount rangingup to $5,800*. These subsidies only apply to residential homeowners who already use natural gas as a heating source.
Rénoclimat program
Are your heating bills too high or are you simply unable to obtain the comfort you want in your home? Work is necessary and Rénoclimat can help you obtain financial assistance allowing you to improve the energy performance of your home.
To participate in the Rénoclimat program, you must meet the current eligibility criteria. You must also obtain an energy assessment of your homeBEFORE to undertake your work, then request a vigorous evaluation at the end of the renovation work.

Note that to access the Canada Greener Homes Grant, you must register with the Rénoclimat program.
Warm Green Program
Do you want to replace your oil or propane heating system with a system powered by renewable energy? The Chauffez Vert program could allow you to obtain agrant going up to $1,275*.
This financial assistance is offered to owners of residential or multi-residential homes comprising no more than three floors and a maximum surface area of 600 m².
Note that the work must be carried out by a contractor holding the appropriate RBQ certifications.
Efficient heat pump program
Receive financial assistance for the replacement or installation of your heat pump that can go up toup to $6,720*, by choosing a device with higher efficiency.
This Hydro-Québec program offers residential owners financial assistance, the amount of which increases depending on the power and performance of the heat pump chosen.
To access this assistance, installation work must be carried out by a suitably qualified company that holds the appropriate RBQ licenses.
Canada Greener Homes Grant
Save energy and make your home more comfortable with the help of the Canada Greener Homes Grant that could help you coverup to $5,000* costs associated with your renovation work and up to 600 $* to cover the costs of your ÉnergGuide evaluations before and after your renovations.
This financial assistance is granted to eligible owners for carrying out renovations allowing you to improve the energy efficiency of your home, such as installing a heat pump or systems powered by renewable energy.
In Quebec, homeowners must register for the Rénoclimat program in order to benefit from both provincial Rénoclimat subsidies and the federal program, the Canada Greener Homes Grant.
